A Better Way to Manifest

the Law of Assumption vs the Law of Attraction

In my previous post, I discussed the various manifestation laws. Today, I'll focus on the law of assumption and share a simple technique to enhance your daily life: creating an "assumptions list."

What is the Law of Assumption?

The law of assumption states that whatever you assume to be true becomes your reality. This means if you believe you are already experiencing your desires, they're more likely to manifest.

How to Create an Assumptions List

Follow these steps to harness the power of your beliefs:

1. Write Your Assumptions: List beliefs that reflect the life you want, like "I am successful" or "I am healthy."

2. Keep It Handy: Place your list where you'll see it every day—maybe on your phone or in your wallet.

3. Daily Practice: Read your list every morning and night, reinforcing these beliefs.

4. Stay Mindful: Throughout the day, remind yourself of these assumptions, especially when facing challenges.

5. Reflect and Adjust: Regularly reflect on your list and adjust as needed to keep your assumptions aligned with your goals.

Sample Assumptions to Inspire You

- "Everything always works out for me."

- "I attract abundance effortlessly."

- "I am confident and capable in all that I do."

- "Opportunities come to me easily."

Conclusion

By actively assuming your desired state, you align your mindset with your goals, bringing them within reach. Start with a few key assumptions and watch how they transform your outlook and your life.
